Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and free from obstructions. The delivery driver will unload the firewood as close as possible to your desired location, but they may not be able to carry the firewood up stairs or over difficult terrain.

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the event of severe weather conditions, delivery times may be affected. We will notify you as soon as possible if your delivery is delayed due to weather.
